The Café Trabalho (Café Work) is a stage for a diverse program of performances, conversations, happenings and readings through which we examine the tension field between art and work. Starting points for the discourse are the economy and autonomy of artists, the value of their work in society, the sustainability of art production and how art can be produced in an independent context out of the art market.
